St. Aiden's stained glass cabinets During extensive reconstruction, St Aiden's, now Broadmead United Church, saved five large stained glass panels. I built large cabinets (ca 2 ft x 8 ft) to hold them, with rows of tiny lights behind the glass and plexiglas cover on top. The lights had to be covered with frosted mylar sheet to blur them. For the cabinets I used wood from the old pews, likely very old old growth Douglas fir.
